The day started with rain and ended with sunshine. Thanks to all of you who turned up and willed the sun to shine and helped to make the event a huge success. There were games of lawn darts, football, rounders (which nearly all of you joined), frisbee and even some kite flying going on. Much chatter and sharing of memories took place but the high light of the day was the mass bubble blowing... it was amazing and bought a smile to all faces and a tear to many eyes. I hope you all enjoyed it as much as Adam and I and that those of you who won prizes in the raffle were pleased with what you received... especially the rice cooker! lol.
